Cecile Belle

Cecille Belle was born in Verdun France in 1900.  She studied art in Caen and  Rouen, France, followed by Oxford University and later, the  School of Fine Arts in Antwerp, Belgium. She later moved to the United States, where she settled in NY and later in Palm Beach, Florida.
